Reuben Levinsohn

Reuben Levinsohn has been a businessman and entrepreneur since his early twenties. While studying Business Finance at Michigan State University, Reuben bought a national home improvement franchise which he built up from scratch to over 40 employees and one of the largest painting companies in Michigan. While running his business he also began acquiring commercial and residential real estate investment properties. Understanding the importance of financial planning, and having a very positive experience with his own financial advisor, he sold his franchise and became a financial advisor with the goal of having a positive impact on others. Reuben provides solutions for businesses in the area of health and ancillary benefits, retirement plans, key person protection, business buy-sell funding, and owner and partner financial strategies. Reuben has drawn on his experience to develop a series of educational financial workshops that are designed to help young medical professionals make smart financial choices early in their career. Reuben has given these lectures to hundreds of groups throughout Michigan, Indiana, and Washington, D.C. Reuben has also developed the Roadmap for Medical Professionals program, with which he has guided many clients through the development and implementation of their custom financial plans. Reuben has continuously achieved the prestigious honor of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). He is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He also founded the Medical Advisory Group (MAG), and serves on the committee for the Office Managers Association of Mid-Michigan (OMAMM). Reuben resides in East Lansing, Michigan with his wife, Rachel, and three children, Victoria, David, and Joseph. Reuben and his family enjoy northern Michigan and spend a lot of their free time at their lake home in Traverse City. On the rare occasion that you cannot find Reuben at the office, he's likely out backpacking or on a river with his fly rod in search of a trophy steelhead or brown trout.
